Job Title: Account Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £11.44ph
Metalis are currently in partnership with a specialist independent and maintenance company based in Sheffield.
The National Account Administrator is responsible for the administration of designated national contracts, ensuring client requirements and expectations are met while adhering to company quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating customer portals
- Contacting internal regional branches for job progress/update on works
- Corresponding with customers via phone & email
- Producing, reviewing and analysing data within excel reports
- Generating customer invoices for completed works
- General admin tasks & data input
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient IT skills, specifically excel and web portals (training will be provided on customer portals).
- High level of attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to manage own workload and react to changing situations
