Job Role: Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Shift: Days Only
Metalis is working in partnership with a well-established engineering company in Sheffield who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a junior administrator on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract.
Main duties include:
- Data entry
- Answering telephones
- Emails
- Create Sales order acknowledgements
- Record and monitor customer purchase orders, delivery notes and order acknowledgements
- Carry out filing and storage of customer files
- Produce excel spreadsheets as require
- Produce letters and documents as required
- Assist to carry out annual stock checks and audits
- Assist others with day to day running of the business
Job Requirements:
- Experience 1 year +
- Familiar with Microsoft office including work processors and spreadsheets
Salary and Shifts:
- Working hours are days regular Monday to Friday
- 12 Week Temp to Perm
- Minimum Wage + (Negotiable)
