Job Role: Bandsaw Operative

Shift: Days

Salary: £13-£13.50ph

Tenure: 3 weeks temporary cover

Metalis is working in partnership with a metal supplier who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Bandsaw Operative on a 3 week temporary contract.

Job Duties:

• Operation of automatic band saws.
• Maintenance of saws.
• General housekeeping in the saw shop and machine shop.
• Contribute to the safety programme as required maintaining a culture of safety first.

Job Requirements:

• Previous bandsaw operation.
• Available for 3-week temp cover.
• Produce work to a high quality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good accuracy and attention to detail

Salary & Shift:

• £13-£13.50ph.
• 3 week temp cover.
