CNC Grinding Technician

Salary: £16.75p/h

Metalis are working with a leading supplier in the Bradford area who are looking to add a CNC Grinding technician to their busy team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC Cylindrical machines, semi-auto grinding machines and have manual grinding experience, who can work to different specifications.
The Role:
- Set and Operate CNC Cylindrical and Surface Grinding Machines
- Complete CNC Processes
- Working to engineering drawings
- Quality assurance checks
- Some maintenance of equipment
- Working to SOPs
- Complete all inspections.
- Complete paperwork and operate SAP systems.
The Person:
- Highly experienced in the operation of CNC cylindrical and surface Grinding
- Precision engineering experience is essential.
- Mechanical Engineering qualification (Advantageous)
- Excellent health and safety knowledge
