Job Role: CNC Horizontal Borer
Location: Sheffield
Shift: Permanent Days - Monday to Thursday, 06:00am until 16:00pm
Salary: Starting hourly rate from £17.40ph (£34,382.40 per annum)
Metalis is working in partnership with a Manufacturer in Sheffield, who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled CNC Horizontal Borer on a permanent basis.
This role will involve online Programming using Heidenhain controls.
Job Duties:
- Setting and operating CNC Horizontal Boring Machines
- Online Programming
- Heidenhain controls
- Machining large components
- Working from Engineering drawings
- Using measuring equipment
Salary & Shift:
- Permanent Role
- 38 hours
- Overtime available - time and a quarter
- 27 Holiday days per year includes Bank Holidays and Shutdowns
