Dispatch Operative

Location: Bredbury
Salary: Up to £28k p/a
Tenure: Permanent



Metalis are working with an established manufacturing company who are looking to add a dispatch operative to their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all the material meets the customer's specifications.



The Role:

• Following and processing orders and work cards
• Ensure all items are packaged correctly
• When requested ensuring acknowledged delivery dates are maintained
• Load/unload vehicles in a safe manner - operations of Forklifts when necessary.
• Liaise with production schedulers to ensure coordination of orders
• Maintain all delivery schedules.

The Requirements:

• Must have experience driving a Forklift
• Experience working with an engineering / manufacturing environment.
• Experience completing final inspection checks.

The Details:

• Salary: Up to £28k per annum
• 40 Hours per week
• Benefits
• Days Shift - 7am start.
• Early Friday Finish.
