Job Role: FLT Driver
Location: Sheffield
Shift: Days and Afters
Metalis is working in partnership with a well-established engineering company in Sheffield who due to continuous growth are looking to hire an FLT Driver on a temporary contract.
PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE A VALID COMBI AND COUNTERBALANCE LICENSE FOR THIS ROLE
Main duties include:
- Operating combi FLT's safely
- Operating overhand cranes
- Manual handling using slings and cranes
- Experience of reading instructions and following them accurately
- Working safely in a controlled environment
- Using initiative to manage daily workload
Job Requirements:
- FLT Combi Lift License
- FLT Counterbalance License
- Overhead Crane experience
- Previous experience working in engineering or manufacturing
Salary and Shifts:
- Days and Afters
- £14-£15ph (including shift allowance)
- 3-month temporary contract with potential to go permanent for right candidate
