Job Role: Internal Sales Support
Location: Wakefield, WF5 area
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Per Annum (DOE)

Metalis is working in partnership with an established supplier in Wakefield who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Internal Sales Support on a permanent contract.

Job Duties:

Answering calls and emails from customers and supplie
Dealing with trade counter customers.
Processing customer orders - Quoting new and existing customers.
Problem solving customer issues with product and guidance.
Developing relationships with new and existing customers.
Chasing customer enquiries.
Goods inward checking.
Hydraulic hose assembly (training provided if necessary).
Picking and packing customer orders.
Joint customer visits when required.

Job Requirements:

Customer Service experience
The ability to build relationships with customers and potential customers
Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
A full UK driving licence (Essential)
Experience working with hydraulic hoses and fittings (Advantageous)

Salary & Shift:

£28,000 - £35,000 Per Annum (DOE)
37 hours per week
25 days annual holiday plus public holidays
