Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Huddersfield

Shifts: Days regular

Salary: £50,000 per annum

My client, a growing manufacturing company who provide building and construction materials to the construction industry, are looking to recruit a maintenance manager for one of their sites in Huddersfield. You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising all aspects of maintenance across site and leading a team of technicians.

Job Role:

• Lead the maintenance and engineering department, coordinating with all the department heads to provide daily reports and prioritise tasks.
• Overseeing day to day running of the department, including machinery and facilities, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Develop the CMMS systems and assist with any projects by managing contractors that may come on site.
• Manage budgets.
• Ensuring manufacturing systems comply with relevant health and safety requirements good practice and guarding legislation.
• Suggest continuous improvement activities.

Job Description:

• Degree / HNC engineering discipline
• Previous experience within a similar role
• ISO accredited
• Hands on approach
• Demonstrable experience in support
• Nebosh / IOSH accredited
