Job Role: NDT Technician Level 2 (Ultrasonics and Dye Penetrant)
Location: Sheffield
Shift: Regulay Days, Monday to Friday
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
Metalis is working in partnership with a Manufacturer in Sheffield, who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled NDT Technician Level 2 on a permanent basis. This role will involve Ultrasonic and DPI testing, so experience is vital.
Required Qualifications:
- BS EN ISO 9712 / PCN Qualification Level 2 Ultrasonic (Wrought Products & Forgings)
- BS EN ISO 9712 / PCN Qualification Level 2 Dye Penetrant (DPI)
*May consider ASNT Qualifications
Job Duties:
- Carry out Non-Destructive Testing (UT & DPI) in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures
- Interpret and evaluate test results in line with given acceptance standards
- Produce clear and concise test reports in a timely manner
- Assist with NDT queries
Salary & Shift:
- Permanent Role
- Regular Day Shift Pattern, Monday to Friday
