Planning Administrator
£25,000 per annum

Permanent Position
We're currently working with a Leading Manufacturing client based in Rotherham who are looking for a Planning Administrator to join the team! You'll be working closely with all shop floor supervisors to provide weekly manufacturing orders, understand the factory process to provide understanding of role, providing direction to the operation teams with the guidance of the Planning team.

- Update System Reports
- Update/Monitor - Sales Progress Chase list
- Create Daily Large Wrapping Plans
- Run inventory Meeting/Involvement in Improving usages
- Daily and Weekly OTD Reporting
- General Housekeeping tasks
- Nesting parts for Laminates
What Kind of Person Fits This Job?
- Educated to A' Level standard or equivalent relevant background in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (in English)
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong PC skills, able to use Microsoft office suite, including but not limited to; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
- Lead by example by actively contributing to departmental and company goals
- Make suggestions for improvements in areas of production planning processes
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently
- Excellent standard of attendance and punctuality record, Good problem-solving skills.
The Basics:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m & Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
- Flexi-time is available
- Permanent Position
Bonus: *Non-Contractual Performance Related Bonus scheme
Pension: Contributory pension of min 5% employee/ 4 % employer contribution
Holidays: 33 days including statutory holidays. The company operates specified shutdown periods (for the bank holidays and Christmas period).
