Plant Supervisor

Metalis are working with a Rotherham based manufacturing company who are looking to add a Plant Supervisor to their warehousing team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work machinery and systems to Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Description:
- Supervisor duties, including covering breaks.
- Ensure correct levels of liquid material are maintained.
- Ensure traceability is followed.
- Recording efficiency
- Deputising for plant manager when off site.
Person Specification:
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing (Desirable)
- Experience of working with CI Teams
- Working to targets
- ILM Level 2 (Desirable)
- Supervisor experience (Essential)
