Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator to join our production team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working with Amada CNC press brakes, you'll be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining high standards of quality in the manufacture of sheet metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate Amada press brake machines to produce precision sheet metal parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Select and install appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings as required
- Carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area
About You:
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator, ideally on Amada machinery
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and progress
What's on Offer:

- Day shift only - early finish at 4pm, Monday to Friday
