Metalis are working in partnership with a processing and distribution business operating in the special alloy industry. We are looking for full-time process operatives to join the team and play a crucial role in the processing, sorting/grading of incoming materials.

This role would be ideal for someone who is physically fit, has previous experience working within a scrap metal yard or has experience sorting/grading incoming materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating processing equipment
• Sorting and grading materials
• Segregating materials based on quality & contamination
• Reporting special metal contamination within materials
• Operate a variety of processing equipment such as shears, guillotines, bandsaws, shot blasters, and shredders

Salary & Benefits

• £13.26ph with training & progression opportunities
