Job Role: Production Operative
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £9.50 - 10.55ph dependant on experience
Metalis is working in partnership with a independent sub-contractor in Sheffield who due to continuous growth are looking to hire multiple Production Operatives on a 12 week temporary to permanent contract.
Job Duties:
- Working in a busy manufacturing environment using production machinery
- Loading & unloading machinery with sheet metal, steel components etc
- Follow work instructions & drawings to achieve customer specifications
- Measuring and marking out drilling spots and performing drilling duties
- Adhering to H&S regulations
Job Requirements:
- Previous production experience within metals manufacturing environment
- Must have experience using production machinery
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using pillar drills is advantageous
Salary & Shift:
- 40 hour working week,
- Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30, Friday 07:00 - 11:00am
- £9.50 - 10.55ph dependant on experience
- Shift work available
