Metalis are working alongside a leading manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of engineers
- Prioritising and coordinating day to day tasks and resources in relation to your projects
- Being involved in continuous improvement processes
- Liaising with various departments
- Supporting the Design team with the development of the team
- Ensuring that the design team meets deadlines through communication, planning, and monitoring
- Improving internal systems and technology within various departments
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with gears / gearboxes and or power transmissions
- SolidWorks experience
- Excellent communication Skills
- Decision making abilities
Shifts & Salary:
- £45,000 - £50,000
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Chesterfield
