Job Role: Slitting Machine Operative
Location: Ripley
Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a packaging company who are looking for a Slitting Machine Operative.
Job Duties:
- Set and operate a slitting/punch machine
- Working to customer specific dimensions
- Carry out inspections on machines and report any issues
- Cutting materials to correct size minimizing waste
- Work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures
Job Requirements:
- Experience working on a slitting/punch machine (training will be provided)
- Experience/knowledge of the packaging industry
Salary & Shift:
- £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Mornings, 6am - 2pm
- Afternoons, 2pm - 10pm
