Technical Manager
Salary: Up to £60k per annum,
Tenure: Permanent
Metalis are currently working with a leading mechanical testing company, who specialise in a range of testing methods, including Fatigue and Fracture. Our client is looking to hire the Technical Manager for their friendly site on a permanent basis.
The Role:
- Ensure necessary accreditation's are maintained
- Audit preparation and participation
- Specification and procedure reviews
- Completing and approving technical reports
- Customer interaction - Lead technical discussions when required
- Providing technical support during the quotation process
- Ensure all training is completed
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and QMS
The Person:
- University Degree with Engineering and Manufacturing (Masters would be Advantageous)
- Experience working in an 17025 and NADCAP accredited laboratory is essential
- Management experience
