Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: WF9.
Salary: £14.40 - £16.00ph DOE
Metalis are currently in partnership with a specialist manufacturer in South Kirby. Due to continuous growth, our clients are looking to hire skilled Welder Fabricators on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with mild steel, Zintec and galvanized sheet.
- Reading and interpreting engineering 2D & 3D drawings.
- Fabricating & welding metal components or structures
- Performing quality checks on finished products.
- Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures.
- Proficiency in operating an overhead crane is an advantage.
- Welding experience/certification is an advantage.
Shifts and Salary:
- Days only, Monday - Friday.
- Regular overtime.
- 12 weeks temporary to permanent/permanent position.
