What is your role at Metalis?
I am the Business Support Manager for the Midlands region.
What did you do before you worked at Metalis?
My previous role was as branch manager at a recruitment agency in Coventry, I have been in recruitment for nearly 8 years in total.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I enjoy developing and creating new relationships with people, visiting such a wide variety of companies and the industries they work in.. and the best thing about recruitment is that no two days are the same.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I’m a bit of a sports fanatic, so you will normally catch me watching the football, F1, boxing.. any sport really! I also love the outdoors, me and my partner try to get away to places like the peak district as often as possible.
