Job Role: Business Development Manager
Location: East Midlands (travel anywhere between Yorkshire and Worcestershire)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working alongside a Materials Testing company based in South Yorkshire who are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Pursuing sales opportunities to sell Non Destructive Testing and associated services into new & existing accounts
- Establishing & maintaining a strong professional relationship with key decision makers
- Driving profitable sales with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with lapsed clients
- Delivering presentations, negotiating and working in coordination with business development resources
- Identify full customer test needs to uncover additional opportunities within accounts
- Using a CRM system to accurately record all activities and ensure contact details are up to date and correct
- Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews
Job Requirements:
- Have technical Sales experience (preferably within Non Destructive Testing)
- Have fantastic negotiation skills & abilities
- Experience managing multi million pound accounts
- Be proficient in Microsoft Applications (Dynamics 365 CRM, Word, Excel)
Salary & Benefits:
- £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
- Up to 30% Bonus
