Job Role: Labourer/FLT
Location: Sheffield
Shift: Morning shifts, Monday to Friday. 37 hours per week.
Salary: £22,732 per annum with a 12.5% shift allowance. Total salary £25,573.50
Metalis is working in partnership with a Manufacturer in Sheffield, who due to continuous growth are looking to hire an experienced Labourer/FLT Driver on a permanent basis. This role will involve ensuring that the site is well maintained to ensure compliance with the company's customer requirements.
Job Duties:
- Responsibility for the segregation of waste into designated disposal
- Maintain the upkeep / cleaning of all gangways, ensuring any hazards are removed
- Supporting Operations in the removal of waste from Machines e.g. Sumps
- Removal of spills and cleaning of leaks, to ensure accident prevention and health and safety of employees
- Cleaning building exterior and pedestrian areas, of debris, ensuring areas are clear and hazard free.
- Transportation of materials using the Company Fork Lift Truck.
- Know and understand company and department policies and safety procedures.
- Help with CI duties e.g, painting machines, floors, walls and ceilings.

- Monday to Friday, Mornings, 37 hours
