Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Doncaster
Shifts: Days regular (6am - 4pm)
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Metalis are working with a UK wide recycling business who are active in a wide range of sectors. Our client provides sustainable solutions for a range of waste, producing this into renewable energy.
Job Role:
- Perform day to day maintenance on all plant and machinery, including responsive maintenance as well as planned maintenance.
- Provide installation duties to upgrade plant and machinery.
- Fault find, troubleshoot and service machinery in order to ensure machine downtime is to a minimum and to optimise efficiency.
- Work on a range of machinery within an industrial factory.
- Completion of risk assessments when carrying out PPM's.
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures at all times.
- Assisting other mechanical/operational departments when required.
Job Requirements:
- Apprentice trained in a relevant electrical engineering discipline.
- Experience working within an industrial environment.
- Have proven experience within fault finding, troubleshooting and solving problems.
- Have knowledge of PLC's, controls and automation.
