£30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on capabilities & experience)

Metalis are working alongside a leading manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Producing designs, drawings and models for the shopfloor
- Producing routings, methods and tooling information
- Liaising with production, sales purchasing etc
- Utilising CAD software for design and simulation purposes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with gears / gearboxes and or power transmissions
- SolidWorks experience
- Excellent communication Skills
Shifts & Salary:
- £30,000 - £35,000
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Chesterfield
