Job Title: Pallet Operative/FLT Double Handler

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £24,799

Metalis are currently in partnership with a manufacturing company in Rotherham who are actively recruiting a Pallet Operative on a permanent contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operating double handler - FLT License required.
• Working outside in the yard in all weathers.
• Off-loading of incoming pallets from customers
• Loading of scarp and repair pallets to pallet supplier
• Cleaning and checks of pallet ready for production.
• Monitor pallet stocks to ensure sufficient pallets for production
• Liaise with distribution manager on pallet stocks
• Housekeeping
• Achievement of departmental targets as required
• Other reasonable duties as requested

Salary and Shifts:

• Salary is £24,799
• Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30 and Friday 05:00 - 13:00 with an hour unpaid lunch break
• Permanent contract
