The Role
- Plating and welding heavy steel components
- MIG welding on structural steelwork
- Fabrication and assembly to engineering drawings
- Working with large-scale, heavy steel structures
- Maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Time-served Plater Welder or equivalent experience
- Strong background in heavy/structural steel fabrication
- Confident reading and working from engineering drawings
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Welding qualifications desirable but not essential
- Hourly rate up to £17.42
- 4-day working week - every Friday off
- 6am-4pm Monday-Thursday
- Regular overtime available
- Long-term, ongoing work
- Immediate starts available
