Project Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: £45,000 (DOE)

Full-time, Permanent (Office-based)

Metalis is proud to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative manufacturer. Due to continued growth, we are supporting them in the search for a talented Project Manager to join their team and take the lead on projects from concept through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously, from initial brief to installation
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
• Liaise closely with internal departments and Directors to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and accurate quotations
• Collaborate with production and external partners to bring creative concepts to life
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Provide accurate project costing and forecasting
