Job Role: Regional Account Manager

Location: National (WFH / Hybrid)

Package: Circa £50,000 including benefits



Metalis are looking for a goal-oriented and dynamic Regional Account Manager as well as a Business Development Manager. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in your designated region. You will also be required to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

If you prefer to be more front line sales we have an opportunity with the same company to be out selling the product. On which you will earn commission on every item sold. Our client is a genuine European leader with 85% market share and a multi-billion-pound turnover.



Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients within the assigned region
  • Drive sales by understanding client needs and promoting our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Create and implement account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote products and address client needs
  • Collaborate with the back office and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Travel within the designated region to meet with clients and prospects
  • Participate in regular sales and strategy meetings with the regional and corporate teams



Job Requirements & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Knowledge of back-office support systems and sales processes is a plus



Salary & Shifts

  • Monday - Friday (hours flexible)
  • Package £50,000 inclusive of fully expensed Tesla, Bonus and Usual Benefits.
  • National Role with European Travel.
  • Fully Remote.
