Job Role: Senior Quality Inspector
Location: Manchester
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (DOE)
Metalis is working in partnership with a market leading supplier of bespoke prefabricated steel and mechanical products in Oldham who are looking to hire a Senior Quality Inspector on a permanent contract.

Job Duties:
- Leading and managing all aspects of quality assurance activities across the company
- Maintaining ISO9001 accreditations and standards
- Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality objectives and performance metrics
- Conducting regular internal and external audits to monitor product quality, identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and improve overall operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and quality management system requirements
- Develop and provide training to staff on internal quality processes, standards, and best practices
- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance
Job Requirements:
- Experience of managing ISO standards and conducting the necessary audits.
- A proven ability at developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- A proven continuous improvement mind set.
- Sound communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the business
Salary & Shift:
- Day shift only
- Monday to Friday, 7am-4.30pm
- £45,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (DOE)
