Job Role: Installation Manager
Location: Birmingham (travel required)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a bespoke manufacturer based in Birmingham, who are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Work closely with the Sales, Design, Planning and Production teams
- Review requirements to ensure efficient capacity within the installation
- Monitor and control the installation schedule
- Ensure all installations are completed on time
- Support the installation teams with solutions and ideas
- Lead a team of 10-12 personnel
- Manage projects accordingly and plan workloads
- Create installation reports, cost reports and report to the wider management team
- Continual training and support to ensure everyone meets the required standard
Job Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS certification (prepared to fund and gain if not)
- Mechanical Engineering qualification (desired)
- Minimum 3 years experience in an Service/Installation Managerial role
- Excellent Maths and Literacy skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent people management skills
Salary & Shift:
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (depending on office/site visit)
