Job Role: Service Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Metalis are currently working with a leading machinery manufacturer who are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Job Duties:
- Manage and coordinate service breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Assess urgency and prioritise jobs accordingly
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians and external contractors
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service updates and job progress
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, service reports and customer information
- Handle general administrative duties related to service coordination
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using office systems, scheduling tools and email
Salary & Shift:
- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
