Metalis are once again partnering with a client we know to be a responsive and ambitious manufacturing business with big growth plans, expanding workforce and clear direction.

This is a junior role which will be best suited to someone who is wanting to further their own skills within Engineering. You may be wanting to move "off the tools", recently graduated or already working within an engineering business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Creation of quotations & estimates meeting agreed timescales
Ensuring clear communication with customers in maintained
Attending industry trade shows to represent the business
Must be able to read engineering drawings and articulate complex calcs
Use of 3CAD packages to draw up designs
Continual learning and undertaking relevant training

Experience Required:

Experience in a fabrication business would be advantageous
Must have a HNC or Mechanical/Manufacturing qualification
Able to read and understand engineering drawings
Able to pick up computer systems quickly
A sound understanding of sales principles
A strong desire to learn

Shifts & Salary:

£28,000 - £30,000
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
