Wrapping Operative - On going

Metalis are working in partnership with a specialist engineering company involved in the design and manufacture of bespoke components for a wide range of industries, both in the UK and Europe.

We are actively recruiting for a Production Operative to join an expanding team in Rotherham.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Working with raw materials throughout processing & production stages
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working within a manufacturing cell
• Follow all appropriate procedures effectively and perform all appropriate tasks within set time scales and to set standards, SOP's & test methods, process order QC instructions and other duties as defined by shift management
• Minimizing waste in labour, material and downtime

Person Specification:

• Experience working in manufacturing or engineering
• Experience operating production machinery
• Flexible to work afters until 12pm

Salary & Hours:

• Rotating shifts
• Mornings 6am - 2pm
• Afters 2pm - 11pm
• Overtime Available at Enhanced Rates
• Temporary ongoing
