E&I Shift Electrician

Job Role: E&I Shift Technician

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £40,000 to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are working with a well established company based in Chesterfield who are looking for an experienced E&I Shift Electrician to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Carrying out regular preventative maintenance and managing tasks effectively
• Fault finding, diagnosing and carrying out repairs across the site's operation
• Contributing to root cause analysis
• Conducting electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs on 3 phase systems
• Usage of CMMS systems
• Ensure risk assessments have been carried out

Job Requirements:

• Apprentice Trained (Electrical)
• 3 years' experience working in a heavy industrial OR FMCG environment
• Electrical and control systems knowledge
• PLC interrogation (desired)
• DC Motor Maintenance (desired)

Salary & Shift:

• £40,000 to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• 5 shift 'continental' system
• Overtime available at 1.5x & 2x
