Job Role: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Leicester

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Detailed fitting of mechanical parts and components
• Testing various assemblies
• Manual and digital inspection and alignment of linear and rotary axes
• Bench fitting and assembly
• Work from engineering drawings

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical Fitting experience
• Experience with CNC machine tools (pneumatics, hydraulics, fluid systems etc.)
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings
• Valid UK driving license

Salary & Shift:

• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 5pm & Friday, 7:45am - 12:30pm
• Overtime and bonus scheme available
