Panel Saw Operator
Location: Sheffield (S3)
£13.38ph
Days - Regular

We are currently working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company and are looking to recruit an experienced Panel Saw Operator on a temporary to permanent basis due to continued workload and demand.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position within a stable and growing business, with an immediate start available.

Job Duties:

Operating a panel saw to cut a variety of materials including plywood, MDF, XPS insulation, and rockwool
Accurately measuring, cutting, and preparing materials to specification
Reading and working from engineering drawings (preferred but not essential)
Ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working effectively as part of a production team

Job Requirements:

Previous experience operating a panel saw (essential)
Experience working with sheet materials such as plywood and MDF
Basic understanding of measurements and cutting tolerances
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic

Shifts & Salary:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
40 hours per week
£13.38 per hour

This position is available to start ASAP and offers the opportunity to move into a permanent role following a successful temporary period.
