Job Role: Production Manager
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer, who are looking for a Production Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage daily production activities
- Manage a team of supervisors and operatives
- Monitor productivity rates and quality control
- Drive process improvement
- Collaborate with various departments across the business
- Set and evaluate targets, goals, training and performance feedback
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues
- Oversee quality control procedures
Job Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or production management role
- Hold relevant engineering qualifications
- Good knowledge of automation and machining
- Mechanical Engineering background
- Good knowledge of SAP, ERP systems and supply chain management principles
Salary, Shift & Benefits:
- £58,000 - £62,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm & Friday 8:30am - 3pm (flexi hours)
