Job Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a bespoke manufacturing company who design, manufacture and install their own products.
Job Duties:
- Manage the reporting of project financials
- Assist and direct the Projects Team and lower costs and increase revenue
- Maintain close relationships with Project Managers and ensure project finances are up to date
- Recognise business opportunities to increase margins where possible
- Update the internal ERP system
- Cover activities across the pre order, design and installation stage
- Cost control and increase gross profit
Job Requirements:
- Quantity Surveyor experience
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Salary & Benefits:
- £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4:30pm & Friday, 7am - 3:15pm
