Stores Operative

Salary: £23k per annum
Metalis are working with a leading supplier who design and manufacturer specialist equipment. Our client is looking for a Stores Operative to join their site in Batley on a permanent basis.
The Role:
- Goods in duties; booking in stock on online systems.
- Goods out
- Working to pick lists and picking items.
- Completing audits, documenting, and highlighting non-conforming parts.
- Re-ordering stock from suppliers
- Forklift truck driving.
- Following up with suppliers on outstanding orders
- Shop floor consumable replenishment & Stock transfers.
- Organising and placing goods in in the correct location
The Ideal Person:
- Motivated and professional with a desire to achieve results with a commercial and customer focus.
- Excellent time keeping and attendance
- Prioritise your work load and complete tasks and projects within agreed and reasonable timescales

- Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30
Friday 07:30 - 13:15
